Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If credit is requested, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, the refund could take up to 5 business days to show on your credit card statement.

If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Gift Cards: Treat this card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only at JaeBee.com. Gift Cards do not expire.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
