Return and Exchange Policy
JaeBee wants you to be happy with your purchase so we will accept returns for up to 30 days from shipping. You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
For returns: In order for you to receive a refund, the jewelry must be in its original condition, it must not show any damage, wear or alterations. Please include your invoice with your return.
For exchanges: In order for you to exchange your jewelry piece, it must be in its original condition, must not show any damage, wear or alterations. Please include your invoice with your return and indicate the piece of jewelry you would like us to ship you. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, item number, price for accuracy, and reason for return. Please make sure your name, address and telephone number is on the return invoice. If we have any questions, we will call you.
Place all the original packaging in the return box, including gift box, and free gift if you received one with a copy of the invoice. We suggest adding tracking to track your delivery.

If credit is requested, credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. Depending on your bank, the refund could take up to 5 business days to show on your credit card statement.
If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your return drops the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your return drops the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.
